Best way to move photos and videos from camera to pc is to get a sd card reader. Insert the sd card in the reader and insert into computer. Follow instructions. You can use the WIFI but you have to act fast. The WIFI drops quickly. One thing that works for me is to remove the data card and insert into another camera that I have that has a working usb cable.
